I truly enjoyed staying in this luxury hotel based in a historic building. the staff I encountered were very very helpful and the best. - I was given a new-fashioned and huge room with a larger bed. - Its incredible, central location was a plus. - I walked everywhere in Sosnowiec and restaurants and pubs were close to the place.

There are multiple options available on the pedestrian street just a few steps away. the hotel is located very close to a mall, making it easy to find other dining options as well. Being near the train station is also a great perk, as it makes travelling around the area effortless. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good size for two people. the staff is attentive to any requests and the breakfast options are diverse.

There is some outside noise during the night that may disturb light sleepers.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The hotel was in a central location, which made it easy to explore the city and visit all the different Christmas markets. The room was clean, cozy, and decorated with Christmas lights, which made it feel festive and cheerful.

The only negative aspect was the noise level outside the hotel at night. People were partying and shouting, which made it hard to sleep.

To our stay. the room we were assigned faced the main street, which resulted in a lot of noise during the night.
